CHART Wellness Workshop- Winter Solstice

The Aimee Copeland Foundation presents CHART Wellness Workshops, the first and only wellness workshop series in Atlanta open to community members of ALL ages and abilities. Registration starts at 3:00 pm. Workshop will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. The event is open to the public. Tickets are $10 each and this event only is BOGO! Get a free ticket for every ticket you purchase. The first 10 attendees will receive a free water bottle and everyone will have the chance to win great prizes!

The Aimee Copeland Foundation believes that mind, body, and spirit are one, that the magic of the outdoors can transform physical, mental and spiritual health, that we are all imperfectly perfect, and that everyone deserves the chance to play, contribute and thrive. With that in mind, we bring you our Eudamonium Retreat Series.

CHART Wellness Workshops are intended to create a space for participants to connect with the Community, the Earth and the Self. Participants will engage in activities and exercises designed to excite the senses, relax the body, and increase self awareness, all in a format that encourages community and mutual support. Activities will include yoga, mindfulness practices, and outdoor activities (weather permitting). Please wear comfortable clothing.
